Condition of Sale
When making a provisional
booking using the online booking form, you, the customer, will be
prompted to accept these terms and conditions. It is your
responsibility to read and understand the terms as listed. By
proceeding with the order, you have made a binding contract with
Tourmoto Limited.
Confirmation
The booking will then be confirmed by email or in writing, if
requested. The product is then held for 7 days, pending the deposit
or full payment. Failure to receive punctual payment at any time
will result in cancellation. It is the customer's responsibility to
check the information in the confirmation and to notify Tourmoto
Limited of any errors or changes within 3 days of receipt. Tourmoto
Limited is not liable for errors caused after this 3-day
period.
Payment
Deposit
Upon booking confirmation, a
deposit is required when more than 8 weeks stands before the event
commencement. If there are 8 weeks or less, full balance payment is
required. Deposit on packages amounts to £99 per booking.
Ticket payments must be paid in full. Deposits are non-refundable.
Upon deposit payment, you have entered into a binding contract with
Tourmoto Limited for the products stated in your confirmation.
Full balance payment
Full payment of the balance is required 8 weeks before the event
commences.
Payment methods
Customers may pay by cheque to Tourmoto Limited, or transfer to the
account stated at time of booking. Tourmoto Limited also holds a
Paypal account for online bookings.
Prices
Prices quoted on www.tourmoto.co.uk, or in any Tourmoto Limited
literature, are correct at the time of publication. Tourmoto
Limited reserves the right to implement price increases up to 8
weeks before the event commencement, if cost factors are incurred.
Factors include, but are not limited to, changes in the cost of
currency, hotels, transfers, fuel, meals, hospitality and
insurance.
Included in the price
Details are listed on each booking page and will be confirmed at
the time of booking.
Not included in the price
The details of items not included in each package are provided on
the booking page specific to the race. Airport and track transfers
are at scheduled times only. At all other times, you, the customer,
must arrange personal transfers. Any other costs, including but not
limited to, hotel extras, meals, drinks, transportation other than
transfers provided, phone calls, activities and excursions,
pay-per-view films, car hire, newspapers, tolls and fuel, must be
paid for by the customer. Hotels bills for extra items must be
settled before departure.
Receipt of tickets
Your Tourmoto host will either deliver your tickets to you at your
hotel, or send them to your UK address by secure postal services.
You will be informed upon booking the procedure. Tourmoto Limited
is not responsible for ticket loss. Please contact us immediately
in the event of this occurrence.
Insurance
You, the customer, are responsible for acquiring insurance to cover health, accident, luggage and cancellation. Tourmoto Limited assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of any personal effects, at any time during the holiday duration.
Cancellation
By the customer
Ticket only bookings are non-refundable. Hotel bookings can be
amended up to 2 weeks before the event for a small administration
charge. Hotel bookings can be cancelled at any time, but deposits
are non-refundable. Transfer bookings can be amended up to 2 weeks
before the event for a small administration charge. Transfer
booking can be cancelled at any time, but deposits are
non-refundable. Tourmoto packages can be amended up to 4 weeks
before the event for a small administration charge. Packages can be
cancelled at any time, but deposits are non-refundable. The ticket
portion of your package must be paid for in full. Tourmoto Limited
will endeavor to resell your ticket, but cannot guarantee
resale.
By Tourmoto Limited
Tourmoto Limited reserves the right, without prior notice, to
cancel any booking when sufficient funds, be it deposit or full
payment, are not paid in a punctual manner. Tourmoto Limited may
cancel your tour, or part of your tour, without prior notice. In
the unlikely event that Tourmoto Limited cancels your booking, a
full refund will be given. If amendments are made by Tourmoto
Limited to your booking, goods of equal value and standard must be
provided. Extra costs, if applicable, shall be paid by the
customer. The customer will be informed at all times.
Passports and visa
For all non-UK events, passengers should carry a valid passport or visa. Customers must ensure that they are in possession of the correct documentation. Tourmoto Limited accepts no responsibility for travel documentation.
The responsibility of Tourmoto
Tourmoto Limited is responsible for any part of the package booked through the company, where we are able to ensure that the part meets the standards described on the website.
Tourmoto Limited is not responsible for amenities being out of order, weather conditions, race cancellation, lack of package demand, your death or that of any person booking with Tourmoto Limited, personal injury, loss or illness.
It is understood that Tourmoto Limited are not responsible for customer safety, and cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the customer's participation in a Tourmoto event, which may result in injury, death or damage to the customer, customer's property or customer's family.
Delays
Tourmoto Limited is not responsible for any terrorist acts or act
of god that will interrupt the customer's stay or booking. Tourmoto
Limited is not responsible for unforeseen travel delays for arrival
and departure journeys. In the case of delays, the customer is
responsible for providing food, accommodation and other travel
arrangements. The customer must pay any additional costs
incurred.
Force Majeure
Tourmoto Limited accepts no
responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss,
damage, charges or cancellation caused by Force Majeure
(circumstances outside our control). For example, but not limited
to, cancellation or delay in the start of the event, war or threat
of war, riots, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist
activity, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather
conditions.
Money protection
According to the 1992 Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package
Tours Regulations, tour operators must provide financial protection
for customer money in case of the company's insolvency. In
compliance with these regulations, Tourmoto Limited holds all
customer funds in a trust account. Once payment has been made,
funds cannot be withdrawn from the trust account until the event's
completion.
Data protection act
The cutomer's debit/credit card may be necessary at the time of
booking. These details will be destroyed once final payment is
taken and the event is completed. No details of credit/debit cards
will be held on file by Tourmoto Limited.
Public liability insurance
Tourmoto Limited holds public liability insurance.

Complaints procedure
To complain about a Tourmoto representative, please speak with him or her to try to resolve the complaint. Then, if you are not completely satisfied, please state your complaint in writing to Tourmoto Limited. Complaints must be made within 10 days of the package holiday's end. You will then receive a reply by Tourmoto Limited within 28 days.
